  • Jessica Böhme (she/her), PhD, is the founder and director of IPeP. Her focus is on exploring how wisdom can be lived as a meta-practice for personal & planetary transformation.

In her work and research for the past 10+ years, she aims to grasp the big picture by exploring relational approaches to inner and outer transformation across various disciplines. With a diverse educational background including a PhD in social science, a Master’s in sustainability management, and a Diploma in mechanical engineering, she has acquired deep knowledge about systems change and strategies for transforming complex systems. Her expertise lies in utilizing practical philosophy as a meta-technology for driving such change.

As a writer and author of three books, she is also the creator of a weekly newsletter titled „Wild: Philosophy.“ She delivers keynotes and workshops on topics related to the philosopical dimension of sustainability.

Additionally, in her role as a university professor and academic director of two study programs, she integrates these subjects into her research and lectures. She currently leads an EU-funded project on PhilosophyGyms for Regenerative Futures for Small and Medium Enterprises.

  • Leonie Trutschler (she/her) is a freelance researcher and project manager with a background in interdisciplinary humanities and social sciences and a strong focus on the intersection of ethics, technology, and society. She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Science, Technology, and Society at the University of Vienna.

Leonie brings several years of project management experience to her research practice, working across complex, cross-cultural environments. Her approach is characterised by a steady, reflective working style and a dedication to deep inquiry.

Before moving to Vienna, she lived in Maastricht, the Netherlands, for five years, earning two Bachelor’s degrees: a BA in Digital Society and a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences (with a focus on philosophy and technology). She also works with clients in the Netherlands and Austria, providing freelance research and coordination services, often in contexts that require navigating multilingual and multicultural landscapes.

Raised in Alicante, Spain, by German parents, Leonie embodies a thoroughly European perspective. She is fluent in multiple languages and has a natural appreciation for interdisciplinary collaboration and intercultural dialogue. Her intellectual curiosity is matched by a commitment to personal and professional growth, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to ethical, sustainable, and psychologically enriching futures.

In her work at IPeP, she hopes to turn her individual desire of living a meaningful and joyful life into a collective learning and sensemaking effort with all those on the same path who have existed before her and exist with her now.

  • Monish Khanderia (he/him) is a Behavioural Scientist. Monish treats science a bit like meditation - quiet observation, steady curiosity, and an eye for the subtle shifts that make us human. A behavioural scientist and strategist by training, he weaves together behavioural economics, consulting, applied research, and design to make everyday systems simpler, kinder, and more mindful. His experiments and interventions aim to close the gap between good intentions and everyday action, and helping people live with a little more clarity and calm. Having lived and worked across India, United Kingdom, and Australia, Monish has learned how context and culture shape the invisible scaffolds of choice. He has shared his work at international behavioural science conferences and contributed to initiatives spanning financial wellbeing, sustainability, and human-centred innovation.

Alongside his professional practice, Monish keeps a quiet creative practice in writing poetry and contemplative essays as a kind of “laboratory for attention.” His work drifts through themes of consciousness, awe, grief, transformation, the human mind and other interior landscapes that shape behaviour.

At IPeP, his purpose is to help philosophical insights find their way into daily life. He designs gentle interventions that invite people to practice “wisdom-ing” and collaborates on building a post-disciplinary way of measuring wisdom as a living, ongoing process.  He’s less concerned with final answers than with lighting small lanterns of curiosity, for anyone who chooses to wander by

Apart from IPeP, Monish works as a senior Behavioural Scientist and Strategist at ANZ Australia.
